Bringing it all together
We now blend together the concepts from Part One and Two and demonstrate how we can achieve significant improvements in financial performance and engagement. In this course we focus primarily on the cohesive design of the event, its business model and optimizing organizational objectives. We discuss the advantages of reversing some aspects of the event planning process; how we effectively leverage empathy in designing event flow and program design; and challenge the most common practices in conferences, trade shows and other events.
